Job summary

CRMG in NW Portland is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform daily upkeep of a 93-unit Vibrant! community, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscaping.

The role involves directing maintenance staff, managing work orders, and ensuring safety; the position is full-time with a schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at an hourly rate of $32.00–$35.00 and additional stipends.

Qualifications

• Two years in Maintenance II or three years in related field, preferably in property management.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping.
• Current driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Direct daily work and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain landscaping, cleaning, and safety compliance.
• Manage work orders using technology.
