Job summary

The Clorox Company in Belle, MO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of equipment maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires multi-skilled capabilities in welding, sheet metal, carpentry, pipe fitting, and electrical work, with a starting rate of $29.32 per hour and strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

You will diagnose malfunctions, secure parts, support operators, complete work orders and PMs, and document equipment history.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: manage teams during shutdowns and outages.
• Proven decision making and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient computer skills and CMMS usage.
• Strong mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude.
• Welding and fabrication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions and secure parts.
• Support operators and complete work orders and preventive maint.
• Uphold maintenance standards and document processes.
• Utilize CMMS for labor and parts tracking and history files.
• Other duties as assigned
