Job summary

Element Resources is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Forest City, MO facility. The starting pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.19 per hour, with shift differentials of $1.20 and $1.45 per hour. A weekly attendance bonus adds nearly $2.00 per hour, and there is a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High degree of welding experience and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to organize and plan workflow.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Certification in the use of the following mobile equipment (training provided): Crane, Forklift, Loader, Manlift.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of all plant and mobile equipment.
• Communicate with Breaker, Refining, Maintenance, QA/lab, and other departments to insure continual process.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, and hydraulic systems.
• Install, maintain and repair all piping in the facility.
• Install, maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges and meters in facility.
• Weld and repair all metal units in facility.
• Fabricate equipment and parts.
