General Thermodynamics is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to drive reliability and enable peak production performance at our Iron Ridge facility. You will oversee maintenance activities on laser cutting equipment, CMM machines, welding systems, and facility infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Fabrication experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and support laser machines, welding systems, and CMM inspection equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work safely and in compliance with OSHA and LOTO requirements.
