Job summary

SeAH Superalloy Technologies, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to support building and operating a new manufacturing facility in Temple, Texas. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on metal processing equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and maintain detailed maintenance logs.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Technical degree or certification is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, vacuum, compressor, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CNC machines, lathes, presses, and other metalworking equipment is a plus.
• Capability to weld (MIG or TIG) and fabricate metal structures from drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, fabrication tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices and techniques.
• Ability to work well independently and with engineering/production teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs with repairs, parts used, and time spent.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
