Job summary

Bradley Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facility and equipment running at peak performance. The role involves coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and managing parts for mechanical systems.

You will work on machinery such as press brakes, levelers, hoists, conveyors, and lighting, with opportunities for skills growth through CO2 lasers and robotic welders training.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required (CAT Certified Welder test & CAT 7STWE training).
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to use a multimeter.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; owns basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and schedule preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair machinery including press brakes, levelers, hoists, conveyors, paint systems, lighting, and facility fixtures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems (120–480v).
• Replace motors, move/set machinery, and complete general facility improvements.
• Organize prints, parts inventory, manuals, and schematics.
• Order and manage critical replacement parts.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate repairs and schedule preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment
• Maintain and repair machinery including press brakes, levelers, hoists, conveyors, paint systems, lighting, and facility fixtures

What We’re Looking For:

• Welding experience (must pass in-house CAT Certified Welder test & CAT 7STWE training)
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to use a multimeter
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Pluses (Not Required):

• Electrical repair certifications
• PLC knowledge
