Job summary

Qualifications

Must be able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance on injection molding machinery.
Ability to work independently and mentor lower skilled maintenance staff.
Proficient use of hand tools and basic computer systems.
Strong understanding of safety standards and PPE usage.
Ability to read and follow English instructions, with fluent spoken English.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment to optimize efficiency, downtime, quality and safety.
Repair, replace and adjust electrical or mechanical parts in machines and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment.
Overhaul machines when necessary.
Record maintenance activities in the IQMS database with accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as a lead when the plant works on weekends and manage emergency procedures.
