Job summary

Plastipak is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, monitor and evaluate equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations. You will troubleshoot blow molding and injection molding equipment and continuously improve preventative maintenance

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, strong hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical skills, plus the ability to interpret technical documents and operate safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Ability to interpret technical and operational documents.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and perform maintenance for blow molding & injection molding equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
Repair and rebuild spare parts
Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
