Job summary

Advanced Molding Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and optimize plastic injection molding machines and related equipment in a medical device manufacturing environment. The role requires independent work, strong troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years in similar maintenance roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally technical certification in maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a plastic injection molding environment (preferred in medical device manufacturing).
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with minimal supervision, ensuring optimal machine operation.
• Operate and adjust injection molding machines to maintain product quality and minimize downtime.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to keep the production area safe and functional.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide reports with data-driven improvements.
