Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training/certifications required.
• 6+ years of advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC repair experience.
• Experience with PLC, CAD, hydraulic/pneumatic systems preferred.
• Leadership experience and Lean/5S knowledge required.
• Ability to read manuals, interpret drawings and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Lead projects, schedule repairs to meet manufacturing schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; oversee external teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper waste handling; update drawings as needed.
