Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in building maintenance and 2+ years in lead role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Direct maintenance staff, assign work orders, and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory; document in CMMS.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety meetings and on-call rotation as required.
• Support capital projects and keep building occupants minimally disrupted.
