Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in the United States to lead installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment, aligning with cGMP/SOPs to support site goals.

You will manage repairs, coordinate maintenance, and mentor other technicians while ensuring equipment uptime and safe operations. This role offers growth and the chance to contribute to global healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma required.
4+ years related experience preferred in manufacturing.
3+ years in manufacturing assembly with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
1+ year in GMP and/or FDA regulated environment.
3+ years independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute a Preventative Maintenance Program for production equipment.
Maintain a professional environment for Medical Device Manufacturing.
Coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance of cGMP and non-cGMP equipment.
Provide emergency/unplanned repairs during production and perform planned maintenance.
Escalate complex issues and maintain equipment documentation and spare parts inventory.
