Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain automated production equipment in a modern food production facility. You will coordinate the Maintenance Department, train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across shifts.

The role requires a Technical College/PLC certification and substantial experience in a high-speed CPG setting, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Experienced in leading maintenance teams in a high-speed food/ beverage environment.
Ability to read prints, flowcharts, schematics and maintenance manuals.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical and control systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and prioritize planned work orders and daily maintenance tasks.
Lead, train and develop maintenance technicians.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment, including conveyors, fillers, inspectors and packaging lines.
Interpret control devices and electrical components; support capital projects and upgrades.
Develop SOPs and maintenance duty cycles for equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food safety standards.
