Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain automated production equipment in a modern food production facility. You will oversee maintenance activities, train technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, reporting daily activities, troubleshooting, and cross-training across shifts. Strong knowledge of PLCs, sensors, welding, and complex schematics is required to succeed in

Qualifications

Technical college or PLC certification or higher education.
5+ years' experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment with in-depth knowledge of high-speed liquid filling.
IMI CMT-2 certification within 6 months of placement preferred
Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, schematics
Must communicate clearly with diverse teams and write routine reports

Responsibilities

Schedule and prioritize planned work orders and day-to-day maintenance activities.
Provide direction and training to maintenance technicians as needed.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
Set up and operate metalworking tools and equipment.
Collaborate with production to resolve plant and process problems.
Assist in developing SOPs and duty cycles for repairs and maintenance.
