Job summary
Westrock Coffee is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, AR to support the Director of Maintenance in continuous improvement efforts. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize high-speed packaging equipment, PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and motors while coaching the team on PM-based standard work.
The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, IMI CMT-2 certification within six months, and welding/electrical certifications preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Industrial Maintenance.
- Experience with 3-phase motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics, sensors and vacuum pumps.
- Must obtain IMI CMT-2 within 6 months of placement.
- Certifications in welding and electrical maintenance are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, plan, and perform maintenance on complex equipment with focus on control systems and PLCs.
- Drive continuous improvement in OEE, waste reduction, safety, and food safety.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Train and mentor maintenance team; disseminate knowledge to others.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendors for maintenance activities.
