Job summary

S&D Coffee in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to set up, operate and maintain automated production equipment in a modern food facility. You will lead daily maintenance activities, coordinate with production, and ensure safety and quality are met.

This role requires hands-on skills with PLCs, sensors, relays, and packaging equipment, plus the ability to read complex prints and schematics. You will mentor technicians and help develop SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment with high speed liquid filling knowledge
• Reading and understanding complex prints, schematics, and manuals
• Must hold Welding certification and be able to read and interpret technical diagrams
• IMI certification (CMT-2) within 6 months of placement preferred
• Experience with Allen-Bradley VFDs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize planned maintenance work orders and daily issues
• Lead and train maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery and control devices
• Set up and operate metalworking equipment (welders, drill press, sheet metal tools)
• Develop SOPs and duty cycles for repairs and maintenance
• Support plant safety, quality and productivity goals
