Job summary

Westrock Coffee in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Director of Maintenance and drive continuous improvement on high-speed packaging lines. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex equipment with a focus on predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.

Lead reliability efforts, train operators, and coordinate with operations to reduce downtime and improve OEE while following GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, gearboxes, sensors, and related equipment.
• Must obtain CMT-2 IMI certification within 6 months of placement.
• Validation as subject matter expert on in-house equipment.
• Must hold Welding certification and read complex prints and schematics.
• Ability to train and communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, and perform maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment, focusing on PLCs, servo drives, motors, and gearboxes.
• Develop, execute, and maintain plans for OEE, waste reduction, safety, and food safety.
• Lead reliability efforts and coordinate with operations for improvements.
• Provide preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Train team members and disseminate knowledge to technicians.
• Obtain MEWP and forklift certifications and comply with GMP and safety standards.
• Communicate maintenance plans with operations, engineering, and management.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades as needed.
