Qualifications

• Three or more years of maintenance experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to direct self and others effectively in maintenance tasks.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance tasks and respond to urgent requests.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to prepare vacant units for re-rent.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
