Qualifications

• Five years experience in residential/commercial maintenance with electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring proper maintenance procedures are followed.
• Delegate work orders and ensure timely and quality completion.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment or facilities systems.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA and regulations.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts and supplies.
• Provide on‑call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
