Qualifications
5–10 years of progressive experience as Maintenance Repairman, Maintenance Electrician, Machine Repairman, or Industrial Maintenance Engineer.
Verifiable experience providing repairs on various types of machinery systems.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of Resident Maintenance Technicians.
Ensure quality communications with customers and colleagues.
Responsible for implementation of site quality, safety, and procedures.
Respond to electro-mechanical faults and provide technical assistance.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures in all activities.
Skills
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Suite skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or (English/German)
Education
Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
