The role requires strong leadership to maximize equipment efficiency and develop the Maintenance Team. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience as Maintenance Repairman, Maintenance Electrician, Machine Repairman, or Industrial Maintenance Engineer.
• Verifiable experience providing repairs on various types of machinery systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Resident Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure quality communications with customers and colleagues.
• Responsible for implementation of site quality, safety, and procedures.
• Respond to electro-mechanical faults and provide technical assistance.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures in all activities.

Skills

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Microsoft Office Suite skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) or (English/German)

Education

Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience

Tools

Electrical systems (e.g. 480 VAC, 240 VAC, 120 VAC)

Pneumatic systems

Hydraulic systems
