Job summary

RP Management Inc is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Berkshire Heights, PA to oversee on-site maintenance staff and perform a range of specialized repairs. The role includes coordinating daily work, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely completion of resident work orders.

The position requires HVAC certification and a valid driver's license, with compensation of $25–$34 per hour plus on-call bonus and benefits, and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the on-site maintenance staff to ensure priority workload is completed promptly.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs as part of turnover and routine maintenance.
• Develop and ensure compliance with deferred maintenance programs and conduct periodic inspections of buildings and apartments.
• Maintain records of material usage, time, production and other RP Management procedures.
• Attend daily Community Manager meetings to set priority work schedules and train on-site maintenance staff.
