Fairfield Property Management is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at our Alabama community. You will repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and painting, while leading the maintenance team and coordinating with the Property Manager to meet goals.

In this role you will ensure timely make-ready of vacant units, accompany vendors, maintain grounds and the maintenance shop, and pursue a culture of reliability and high performance

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, employees, vendors, and the public.
• Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
• On-call availability and prompt response to calls.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general maintenance for the upkeep of the property.
• Oversees the maintenance team.
• Diagnoses and solves maintenance issues spanning plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Prepares vacant apartments for new residents using the make-ready checklist.
• Accompanies vendors into units and checks quality of work.
• Performs daily maintenance of property grounds, ensuring curb appeal is maintained.
• Maintains the maintenance shop and ensures tools and supplies are available.
