The ideal candidate has extensive maintenance leadership, EPA certification, and broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other systems; must bring own tools. Contract opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising apartment maintenance teams.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Must provide and maintain personal tools for job duties.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and lead onsite maintenance staff.
• Assign, monitor, and complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Ensure apartment turns are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Maintain community safety, appearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize service requests.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support emergency maintenance needs as required.
