Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to lead and direct other maintenance personnel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff.
• Document repairs, parts used, downtime, and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety policies and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Reduce downtime and improve machine reliability.
