Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise daily activities of the maintenance staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards at our Arizona site. You will train personnel, allocate work, and direct advanced repairs across pumps, motors, and control systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 8 years of maintenance experience, with CDL-B preferred and strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 8+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to train and supervise maintenance staff and uphold safety SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, hydraulics and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office for scheduling and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work and provides technical direction and training to staff.
• Ensures SOPs and OSHA/DOT requirements are met and suggests SOP improvements.
• Trains staff on plant operations, repair techniques and safe work practices.
• Monitors staff performance and coaches improvements.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, motors, panels and pumps.
• Occasionally works on weekends, holidays, evenings and on-call shifts.
