Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Phoenix, AZ facility. This hands-on leadership role guides a team of technicians, prioritizes preventive maintenance, and ensures safe, reliable production equipment.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate PMs, mentor staff, and collaborate with production and management to improve uptime and safety. Strong troubleshooting and communication required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance technicians and coordinate tasks.
• Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, downtime, and production needs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems and PLCs.
• Mentor and develop maintenance staff.
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and PMs.
