Job summary

Venture Hire Group has partnered with a well-established manufacturer for a Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician position. This role will have full ownership over facilities and equipment maintenance operations, supporting their current maintenance helper, and preventive maintenance strategy across the site.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership experience, hands-on CNC and industrial machinery knowledge, and a strong working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising an employee in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or have been the primary maintenance technician onsite.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC equipment, industrial machinery, and precision manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (high and low voltage), HVAC, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms for scheduling, work orders, and asset tracking.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety compliance standards.
