Job description

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and looking its best.

The How… You will use your five-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in residential or hospitality settings, including at least one year of supervising others) to address work orders and other repair issues proactively.

You will utilize your technical certifications, such as HVAC, CPO, electrical, or plumbing, to handle specialized maintenance tasks.

You aim to positively impact residents' lives by maintaining the property and amenities, setting standards through hands-on work, and leading by example.

You manage work schedules, assist team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed, creating a safe environment for both staff and residents.

Your communication skills and attention to detail enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

This role involves full-time work Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call hours for emergencies. A valid driver’s license and your own tools are required. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or GED, 4+ years relevant experience, including supervisory experience
• Technical certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred
• Experience in building maintenance, HVAC repair, or related fields

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move about the property, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
