An established industry player is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational needs of their facilities are met. This role involves a variety of tasks including daily maintenance, managing service requests, and leading maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in building maintenance, general repairs, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay: $28.85/hour
Status: Regular Full-Time/Non-Exempt
In coordination and cooperation with the Maintenance Director, the Lead Maintenance Technician (LMT) is responsible for meeting Seattle Social Services' property and operational needs in the performance of assigned duties.

Parental Leave: The benefit is 40 hours of Paid Leave for qualifying events.
Sick Leave: 12 days of Sick Leave annually accruing from day one, eligible for use after three months' service time.
