Serenity Air Inc is a growing, family-operated HVAC company that values its team members, excellent customer service, and high-quality work. We are seeking a positive, friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

The Lead Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC jobs for residential and commercial customers.

Position details:

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, typically no weekends
• Up to $100,000/year+ depending on experience

Customer interactions require decisiveness, tact, dependability, initiative, and excellent communication skills. The technician must diagnose and complete jobs efficiently, following company guidelines.

Representative duties include:

• Performing HVAC servicing jobs promptly and efficiently
• Conducting routine service activities independently
• Upselling IAQ services, unit components, and service contracts
• Developing leads for sales
• Supporting other departments as needed

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• For lead journeyman: graduate of a 2+ year post-secondary HVAC program
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Good communication skills and physical ability to perform job duties in various conditions
• Interest in ongoing professional development
• Valid driver’s license, insurable, pass background and drug tests
