National Property Management Associates, Inc. manages Midwest Territory Apartments in Midwest City, OK. We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to preserve building conditions across 176 units, handling diverse tasks from painting to HVAC installations and landscaping.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule, and inspect work by the maintenance staff.

Midwest Territory Apartments has a great opportunity for a dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our 176-unit residential apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule, and inspect work being performed by the maintenance staff
• Maintain a clean organized shop and maintain inventory
• Obtain bids on special projects
• Work with the property manager to maintain the supply budget.
• Perform maintenance of general maintenance including the areas of; electrical, HVAC, & Plumbing
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Appliance repair & troubleshooting
• Conduct general upkeep procedures
• On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager

Skills

• Must have 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, & HVAC.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength
• HVAC Certification
