Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with common tools and appliances.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule, and inspect work by the maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and inventory.
• Obtain bids on special projects.
• Work with the property manager to maintain the supply budget.
• Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance.
