U.S. Water Services Corporation is a well-established and diverse water and wastewater utility organization specializing in utility maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. U.S. Water is a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida, with a staff of over 900 employees across twenty states.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, direct, and review operations and activities of the assigned region; develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
2. Prepare and administer the division's budget.
3. Handle personnel actions including evaluations, training, disciplinary actions, and make recommendations for hiring and suspension.
4. Provide training and development for maintenance staff.
5. Maintain Water and Wastewater facilities, underground utilities, pipes, heavy equipment, and electrical motor controls. Skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, and rehabilitation of lift stations, and routine preventive maintenance.
6. Possess thorough knowledge of water and wastewater treatment plant and collection system maintenance principles and practices.
7. Apply supervisory and administrative practices and procedures effectively.
8. Organize work schedules, sequences, and assignments based on priority, equipment availability, and personnel skills.
9. Counsel employees on work-related issues and assist in improving job skills.
10. Inspect objects, systems, or facilities, analyze information, and determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
11. Conduct or coordinate safety, repair, maintenance training, and operational procedures for staff.
