Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of semiconductor maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of semiconductor building maintenance: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pumps, motors, mill right, carpentry, TIG welding.
• Familiarity with clean rooms, clean room systems, high purity materials and fabrication methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on semiconductor fab facilities and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to improve equipment reliability.
• Support safety practices and continuous improvement of maintenance methods.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure facility operations run smoothly.
