Job summary

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Maintenance to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume semiconductor fab in Texas. You will drive shift execution, oversee technicians, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with engineering to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong maintenance knowledge, proven leadership in a cleanroom environment, and a track record of improving tool performance while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with problem solving, SPC, and analytics.
• Experience in high-volume 200mm/300mm fabs and cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during assigned shift.
• Achieve production targets including throughput and cycle time.
• Coordinate with engineering for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain shift handoff communication and risk mitigation.
