Job summary

Goldmark Property Management seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to guide a team across multi-family properties, perform advanced maintenance, and train others while upholding safety and quality standards. You will travel to assigned properties and coordinate work orders, partnering with the Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Maintenance Technician with mentoring and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Technicians within assigned sector and provide on-the-job training.
• Travel to all properties within the sector to support training and operations.
• Provide direction for safety, quality control, and team meetings.
• Coordinate daily work orders, review completed work, and manage on-call coverage.
• Build long-term relationships with residents and address requests or concerns.
• Assist in vendor management and site inspections to ensure standards.
