Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community. The role emphasizes safeguarding residents, managing a maintenance team, and ensuring timely service requests with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and property upkeep.

The position requires leadership, knowledge of property management software, and the ability to train staff while coordinating with the property manager. Weekend availability and on-call rotations are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• CPO & HVAC certifications.
• Ability to work weekends and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and inventory to ensure tools and supplies are available.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and liaise with vendors to meet company standards.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high service levels.
• Maintain accurate lease, inspection, and permit records and report to corporate office.
