Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead and mentor the team, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high standards of safety and service.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to handle on-call rotations. On-site work with weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage staff and daily operations.
• Understanding of state lease forms, Fair Housing, and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure safety compliance across the property.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage service requests; approve work orders.
• Maintain budget awareness and seek management approval for major expenses.
• Ensure 24/7 on-call coverage and effective resident service.
