Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community. You will supervise and train maintenance staff, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, proficiency with OneSite/Yardi, and strong communication. Weekend availability and a 40-hour workweek are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: maintain supplies, monitor conditions, and keep areas clean.
• Leadership & Training: mentor maintenance staff and enforce safety standards.
• Maintenance Coordination: schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
• Resident Relations: ensure timely responses and promote high resident satisfaction.
• Compliance & Reporting: maintain records and report to corporate office.
