Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for multifamily communities. This on-site role leads maintenance staff, ensures safety and high-quality service, and coordinates with the property manager to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance, hands-on leadership, proficiency with OneSite/Yardi, and knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing, and Property Code.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage staff.
• Knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multitasking ability.
• CPO & HVAC certifications required; 40 hours/week with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure 24/7 readiness as needed.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; enforce safety standards.
• Manage inventory, tools, and vendor coordination per standards.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Maintain property compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management.
