Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certificate from a maintenance trade/vocational school is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair and service work on air conditioners (PTAC units) and minor electrical repairs inside and outside units.
• Performs plumbing repairs as needed and addresses miscellaneous maintenance tasks.
• Executes carpentry, painting, door and flooring repairs; repairs windows, screens, and doors.
• Maintains logbook, completes work orders and related paperwork promptly.
• Works independently and provides own tools; handles move-outs and preventive maintenance tasks.
