Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain trash and dumpster areas for all tenants.
• Sweep and maintain high-traffic areas and patch small holes.
• Paint, caulk, and repair as needed; replace HVAC filters.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and conduct daily site walks.
• Assist site manager and follow fair housing act guidelines.
