Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.
• Lead and mentor technicians to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Ensure work follows OSHA safety standards and install/commission new equipment.
• Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.
