Job summary

Monoflo International Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician focused on the reprocessing operation to maintain 24/7 plastic material production, including extruders, shredders, and water separators. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs to improve utilization and throughput.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment controllers on Erema extruders and Lindner shredders, conducting weekly maintenance, and reading schematics/blueprints to locate components.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
• Read blueprints and equipment manuals to locate components.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on extrusion, shredding, and separation equipment.
• Navigate equipment controllers on Erema extruders and Lindner shredders.
• Repair mechanical parts such as bearings, pulleys, filters, and gauges.
• Document repairs and parts usage in the MRO system.
