Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

You will work hands-on with extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and more, installing and calibrating new equipment. Requirements include 2+ years in industrial maintenance, ability to read manuals/blueprints, and PLC/Lean/5S knowledge.

Formación

• Requires at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Hands-on skills with power/hand tools, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.
• Strong team mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED (trade school/associate degree/welding or fabrication skills preferred).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed and ability to work safety-sensitive environments.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the operation running smoothly with proactive preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues to keep production moving.
• Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other key equipment.
• Install new equipment, calibrate machines, and continually improve uptime and efficiency.
• Partner with operators and managers to WOW internal and external customers.
• Lead with safety to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Perform miscellaneous job duties as required.
