Ventana Ridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Dallas, TX to support the property under supervision of the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager. You will perform advanced maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs, and assist with resident move-ins.

You will manage work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, and help ensure occupancy goals and resident satisfaction. Safety and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• 2-year’s experience performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC CFC preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• EPA approved certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist Maintenance Manager and / or Community Manager with daily activities of the property’s maintenance team.
• Mentor maintenance team in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including common areas, resident units, and vacants for new move-ins.
