Job summary

Tonti Properties in Irving, TX seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to own the community’s maintenance operations, working closely with the Property Manager to keep spaces safe, attractive, and fully functional.

You’ll manage work orders, assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendors, and uphold curb appeal standards, driving quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience.
Experience leading a maintenance team.
HVAC or Universal EPA Certification required.
HVAC installation experience required.
Strong knowledge and safe operation of tools including hand tools, power tools, dollies, ladders, hoists, pumps, motors, voltmeters, pH tests, gauges.
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal tools.
