Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bella Ruscello community in Duncanville, TX. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests to keep apartments move-in ready.

The role requires HVAC certification and strong leadership and communication skills. You will support the Maintenance Manager and supervise on-call coverage while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly with quality service.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exteriors.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of equipment and common areas.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents per the Total Quality Make Ready program.
• Work independently while following company standards and prioritizing resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain standards.
