Job summary

Venture Hire Group LLC partnered with a well-established manufacturer to hire a Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. This role will own facilities and equipment maintenance operations, supporting the current maintenance helper, and driving the site preventive maintenance strategy.

The candidate will bring hands-on CNC and industrial machinery experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical infrastructure, plus CMMS familiarity and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising an employee in a manufacturing environment or as the primary maintenance technician onsite.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC equipment, industrial machinery, and precision manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (high and low voltage), HVAC, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms for scheduling, work orders, and asset tracking.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Take lead ownership of facilities and equipment maintenance operations.
• Support the maintenance helper and guide preventive maintenance across the site.
• Develop and drive the site-wide maintenance strategy and programs.
