Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support production activities across the manufacturing plant.
• Provide floor leadership and direction to production employees during assigned shifts.
• Verify log sheets, batch documentation, and records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Assist with maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory.
